Most of my career has been spent building where no playbook exists - data acquisition functions, first-of-kind partnerships, or systems that didn’t previously exist.

Over time, I’ve developed an approach centered on finding what’s breaking and resolving it directly. My work spans both technical and commercial layers, informed by hands-on experience in codebases, data systems, and strategic deal execution.

I don’t rely on fixed methodologies. Each situation requires its own bespoke judgment and path, especially when the problem isn’t clearly defined. The environments I work in are often high-stakes - financially, strategically, and optically.
