Most of my career has been spent building where no playbook exists - data acquisition functions, first-of-kind partnerships, or systems that didn’t previously exist.

Over time, I’ve developed an approach centered on identifying what’s actually breaking beneath the surface and resolving it directly. My work spans both technical and commercial layers, informed by hands-on experience in codebases, data systems, and deal execution.

I don’t rely on fixed methodologies. Each situation requires its own judgment, especially when the problem isn’t clearly defined and the path forward isn’t obvious.

The environments I work in are often high-stakes - financially, strategically, and optically. I’m comfortable operating where alignment is unclear, decisions are sensitive, and progress has stalled.
